Integrity-  Integrity is of the utmost importance both in the
workshop
environment and within our organization. The individual and collective
commitments from our coaches and staff to be the living example of
honesty, moral strength, authenticity, truthfulness, solidarity, and
leadership, is the foundation of our work.
Assertive Honesty-  Assertive
honesty is a very important
part of the personal growth that occurs for the participants during the
workshop. More opportunities for change occur when assertive honesty is
used by the facilitator, staff, and coaches. AYM values honesty, and
always presents it with loving intent.
Compassion-  Compassion
is the key to awakening young minds. We lead with
compassion and non-judgment, creating an environment of safety and
trust. Our results are proof that a compassionate heart creates
miracles.
